Thanks to the cooperation between Visma and Optimizers, the EDI Gateway Online is also available for Visma.net ERP customers. This means that a well-integrated online EDI solution, certified by Visma, is now available for exchanging EDI messages between trading partners. As a Visma.net customer, you are digitally available to your trading partners 24 hours a day.
EDI and trade platforms.
Visma and Optimizers have jointly linked the existing EDI Gateway Online to the Visma.net ERP platform. Through EDI, these customers can now easily link to supermarket chains and other industries in which EDI is used. Thanks to the EDI Gateway Online, Visma.net customers can now also quickly link to trading platforms, including Bol.com and Amazon.
Automatically process EDI messages in Visma.net.
The EDI Gateway Online is a standard cloud solution that allows EDI orders to automatically flow into Visma.net. In addition to orders, the Online EDI Gateway supports numerous message types both at home and abroad. In the Gateway you have a direct overview of all received and sent messages. All messages are automatically processed within Visma.net. Manually processing EDI messages in your Visma.net ERP administration is a thing of the past.
SSCC labels with Visma.net ERP.
Besides exchanging EDI messages between your administration and trading partners, the EDI Gateway has the ability to generate SSCC labels with your packing slips from Visma.net. Supermarket chains require SSCC labels on the pallets that you deliver to them. These labels contain a code that is sent through EDI. This way, your trading partner immediately knows which items arrive at the distribution center.
